Fesia Technology Warranty Terms and Conditions


All Fesia Technology brand products (Fesia Walk and Fesia Grasp) are warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty under normal use and maintenance against any manufacturing defect that affects their functionality. The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Fesia system (“defects”).

During the warranty period and by presenting the following information, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge:

·         Device name

·         Serial Number

·         Invoice of the purchase


If repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your system, Fesia Technology S.L., guarantees its replacement by an identical system. The warranty for the replacement ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced system.


This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

         the life of the battery;

         normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched enclosure; alteration of the color and/or material, such as garment, textile, or band);

         any damage on any part of the system resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken plastic parts, etc.), incorrect use of the system and non-observance of the use directions provided by Fesia Technology S.L.;

         Fesia Technology’s systems handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Fesia Technology’s control.


Any further claim against Fesia Technology S.L. e.g. for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.


The above manufacturer’s warranty:

         is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the purchaser’s country authorized distributor, for which he carries sole responsibility;

         does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the distributor nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the distributor.

Disposal of equipment and accessories

At the end of the useful life of this product, follow local regulations for disposal or recycling of Fesia products, equipment and accessories.

This symbol means that the product contains an integrated rechargeable battery that complies with the European Directive 2013/56 / EU, and cannot be disposed of with normal household waste. We strongly recommend that you take the product to an official collection point or to Fesia Technology for a professional removal of the rechargeable battery. Follow local regulations and never dispose of the product or batteries with normal household waste. Proper disposal of used products and batteries helps to avoid negative consequences for the environment and human health.
